Eagles' Landing - Community Event Center
From luncheons and squadron parties to receptions and banquets, Eagles’ Landing – Community Event Center on RAF Lakenheath has a space to meet your event needs. Whether you’re hosting an official function or a private event, our Battle of Britain Room, East Anglia Room, and Ballroom are available for bookings Monday through Saturday.
Official or Private?
Before picking a space, you have the important task of determining what type of event you are holding. There are two types of functions: official and private. Official functions do not include set-up, tear-down, or clean-up, and are not subject to facility usage fees; private functions are subject to facility usage fees.

The Battle of Britain Room
The Battle of Britain Room is 900 sq feet of beautiful event space. With historical pieces and artwork on the walls, you’ll be in the right space for putting your best foot forward for your next function.
This room’s capacity is dependent on how you need the room set up:
- Theater | 48 persons
- Conference | 20 persons
- Reception | 40 persons
Fees
Before proceeding, please note that fees are only applicable to Official Functions.
Weekday or Weekend?
- Weekday booking: Monday – Friday • 9am -5pm | $10 per hour
- Evenings & Weekend booking: Monday – Friday, after 5pm; Saturdays; & Sundays | $25 per hour
Weekday bookings do not have a minimum-hour booking, however, evenings and weekends have a minimum-hour booking of three hours.
Hosting an event that is longer than 6 hours? Our full-day Rate is up to a maximum of $300 per day.

The Ballroom
The Ballroom is 3,074 sq feet of dynamic event space – including a bar space perfect for a social hour or a dedicated photo spot! The versatility of the Ballroom is endless and can be home for your kid-friendly extravaganza or the most formal of banquets.
This room’s capacity is dependent on how you need the room set up:
- Theater | 300 persons
- Conference | 128 persons
- Reception | 200 persons

The Battle of Britain Room is 1,071 sq feet of multifunctional event space that can be rented alone or as an additon to the Ballroom.
This room’s capacity is dependent on how you need the room set up:
- Theater | 80 persons
- Conference | 48 persons
- Reception | 64 persons
