Our mission is to educate and prepare front-line leaders to be professional joint war fighters who supervise and lead teams supporting air, space and cyberspace conflicts.
Mathies ALS
What we offer:
The Mathies Airman Leadership School (MALS) staff delivers 192 hours of curriculum over 24 academic days of training. During class, the instructors facilitate lessons that enhance Airmen leadership, supervisory, and communication skills, professional Airmanship, and seminars on Airmen warfighting. MALS is accredited by the Community College of the Air Force and upon graduation, students earn 10 college credit hours in Leadership and Management, Managerial Communications, and Military Studies.

Class schedule is subject to change due to mission, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Graduation location is dependent on HPCON levels and will be finalized prior to the start of each class.
