This workout commemorates our fallen brother, A1C Jeremy John “JJ” Smithers. His dedication to Air Force fitness was unsurpassed and his vision made the Smithers Room a reality. While returning from a Memorial Day ceremony in Cambridge on May 28, 2012 he was killed in a motorcycle accident.
