500 Lb Challenge

3 Peaks Challenge
The 3 Peaks Challenge is an event in which participants climb the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales. To perform this challenge, use the stair climber and total 19,488 steps. Log your progress each day with Fitness Center until you reach your goal.
1,000m Rowing Challenge
Test your rowing skills and row 1,000 meters with drag set to 125. Finish as fast as possible for a chance to win the top spot on the leader board and get awared a t-shirt. Grab a member of staff to come and time your work to win.
